PLEASE NOTE :  We offer a variety of services and parts for your vehicle.  It is important to read this page carefully to determine our costs for services and parts.   If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me  HERE  or call 904-289-2020.

A)  For any full sets of Jaguar injectors as shown below...(including all Rover models)  For top fuel feed injectors.

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of  6 injectors...............$19.75 per injector ($118.50 per set)

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of  8 injectors...............$19.75 per injector ($158.00 per set)

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of  12 injectors.............$19.75 per injector ($237.00 per set)

This service includes replacing injector filter , spacers, and pintle caps, as applicable to your vehicle.  (Other parts will be necessary to complete your reassembly). You may need injector to manifold seals, rubber injector collar bushings, FI hose, clamps and o-rings. I have all those in stock.

 B)  For any other top feed MPI injector (non-Jaguar) in sets as shown below....(Porsche, BMW, Audi, Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda, Dodge, Fiat, Buick, Cadillac, GMC, Jeep, Lincoln, Mercury, Mercedes, Oldsmobile, Pylmouth, Pontiac, Saab, Volvo, VW)....

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of 4 injectors.................$20.00 per injector ($80.00 per set)

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of 6 injectors.................$20.00 per injector ($120.00 per set)

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of 8 injectors.................$20.00 per injector ($160.00 per set)

Pretest/ultrasonic cleaning/post test of 12 injectors...............$20.00 per injector ($240.00 per set)

This service includes replacing injector filters, spacers, and pintle caps.  (Other parts may be necessary to complete your reassembly).  Some o-rings, filters, etc.,  for non-Jaguar injectors may require special ordering at an added cost for parts and shipping.  Please e-mail for availability and a quote.

C) Test and clean cold start injector/cold start valve...................$25.00 each

Cold start valves require a different cleaning technique, which is more time consuming. In warm climates they rarely operate, and therefore the residual fuel within the valve body, gets gummed up and hardens, making them difficult to clean.  Still, this service cost is a lot less than buying a new valve.

D)  For Jaguar side feed injectors....cost is $25.00/per injector.  Side feed injectors require a special test manifold to flow test, and they have to be ultrasonically cleaned as an individual unit.  If sending side feed injectors for servicing, you must leave all the o-rings on the injector.  The o-rings are needed to mount side feed injectors on the flow test manifold. One specific Jaguar side-feed injector (LCC1521AD), used on the XJR 4.0 liter, V8 engine (supercharged) does NOT have an available replacement pintle cap. If your pintle cap is broken, or missing, the injector will not properly spray the fuel and the injector will require replacement. Also, the side filters will ONLY be ultrasonically cleaned...BUT not replaced.

E)  O-rings.  Due to material shortage and demand in competing sectors for certain chemical components in Viton o-rings, we find it necessary to temporarily charge $1.50 per injector to replace o-rings on injectors.  Please remember to add that cost to your service cost, as applicable.

Clean and paint HE V12 fuel rail..........................................................................................$120.00/per rail...estimated !

(Rail will be hand cleaned, hand sanded, twice prep washed and clean wiped, primed with one coat, and sprayed with
two  coats of hi-temp [ 500 degree F ] engine enamel paint (with ceramic additive).  Current color choices..semi-gloss black,

matte black,  or  fire engine red. The finish looks similar to the
sheen of an eggshell.  (Requires five (5) extra days service time, for complete curing of paint).   The paint mfg suggests
wrapping any metal painted surface in plastic for shipping will not allow the paint to fully cure.
Painting the rail adds a nice
cosmetic touch to the top end of your engine, and is easiest
performed, with your  injectors and hoses off the rail, during injector servicing. Painting also provides protection from
formation of rust.  We cannot NOT paint any parts when humidity is above 60%.

Please NOTE...This is an estimated cost. The condition of fuel rails received differs widely so additional cost may be incurred. Actual cost based on rail rust, existing paint on rail, etc. Is impossible to provide an accurate cost prior to seeing the rail.

Clear coating..............................................................................................................$30.00/per rail.

Clear coat (2 coats) will add a hi gloss finish to your V12 fuel rail.   Clear coat is also 500 degree F with ceramic
additive.  Same conditions apply to clear coating.  We will  NOT paint....or clear coat, when humidity is above 60%.  The
clear coat will look cloudy, due to high humidity.  Clear coating only available on a painted fuel rail.  We will not clear coat
an unpainted rail. Five day cure time required before item can be shipped.

Replace FI hose on your supply fuel line or return fuel line.......................$50/per line
Hose used is SAE 30R14T2 and complies with CARB (California Air Resource Board specs).

Includes carefully cutting off of the pressed-on (crimped) metal hose connector, replacement of FI hose, and refitment with FI hose clamps...not pressed-on connectors.  (These are the fuel lines from the rail to the fuel regulators).  Includes EAC 9986, EAC 9987, EAC 8122, EAC 8088, and other numbers.  The FI hose length varies depending on the part on the above applications.  If you send your fuel lines, do not cut the hose.  Send the line as a complete unit.  Do not send the regulators. No painting or cleaning included.

**** Brand new part now available !!!! FUEL PRESSURE TEST PORT. For the Jaguar 5.3 liter V12 HE engine. Dang near every Jaguar HE V12 owner I talk to wants this item. We NOW have it in stock and available as of August 3, 2016. I have searched part suppliers for years to find the easiest solution. Now I have it, and it only requires two fittings. One barbed fitting to cut into the rubber line on the return fuel line between the B bank side of fuel rail and the B bank FPR, and one Schrader valve that screws into the fitting. The Schrader valve supplied is fuel compliant, heavy duty brass. Not a cheapy part. The cut in fitting on the return line hose is a ONE piece black anodized aluminum fitting, with 5/16" hose barbs on each end and has a 1/8" female NPT threaded hole. The Schrader valve connection, threaded into the above fitting, for your temporary pressure test gauge is 1/4" male flare fitting. Requires a temporary fuel pressure test gauge with a 1/4" female flare fitting. Not supplied. Also included is a male 1/8" NPT plug to thread into the barbed fitting, in the event the Scharader valve leaks. Will keep the vehicle driveable, if the valve needs replacing. Included also is a Schrader valve cap. The aluminum fitting will also accept permanent pressure gauges with a 1/8" male NPT thread. The test port fittings are availabe at $70.00 plus shipping. Or, my shop can fit the fittings on your line for $120.00 plus return shipping. ***IMPORTANT*** Threads on these fittings require a teflon tape suilable for use with gasoline. Such as Oatey's yellow tape. Or a suitable thread putty for gasoline. DO NOT use plumber's tape used on water pipes ! Teflon tape is not included.

***** 5086 THERMAL VACUUM VALVE....thermal vacuum valve....ANOTHER NEW PART AVAILABLE....aftermarket replacement for the NLA Jaguar thermal vacuum valve. EAC5086. This new part has the exact same threading pitch, diameter, two ports and same operation temperature as the OEM part. Details on the valve operation can be accessed from the link on my homepage. "EAC5086" Cost.....$185.00.

Clean and paint injectors........................................................................................$6.50/per injector.

(Injectors are hand cleaned and washed to remove oil, grease, etc., mechanically sanded to bare metal, sprayed with a paint prep-wash,
wiped with a clean cloth,
and sprayed with one coat of hi-temp,  [ 500  degree F ]  primer, and one coat hi-temp [500 degree F] paint with ceramic
additive, color will be matte-black. Many injectors received, have lost the factory paint, due to age and external rust.  Mechanical sanding, priming, and repainting the injectors prevents future rusting after reassembly.  Requires minimum four extra days shop time, for paint to fully cure.

COST....for a complete rebuild of your Jaguar V12 HE injectors and fuel rail......

We get many  inquiries regarding sending in injectors and the fuel rail,  for a complete cleaning and testing of the injectors, and reinstalling all parts necessary to (drop-in) the assembly.  We do this rebuild work all the time. Probably done more than 300 full rebuilds as of 2014.   For any Jaguar V12 HE engine (that uses FI hose between the injector and the fuel rail)....the cost ...to  cut off your 12 FI hoses from the rail and the injectors, clean and test 12 injectors, replace injectors w/ new injector filters, replace injectors w/ new injector pintle caps, replace w/ 12 new  FI hose (SAE 30R14T2 CARB compliant), replace w/ 24 new ferrules, replace w/12 new injector collar bushings, and supply 12 new lower injector/manifold seals, and reinstall all items on your rail......$510.00 plus return shipping, insurance, and Pay pal fees (if applicable).    Paint work, external cleaning of the injector collars, or collar clamps, or the fuel rail is not included. However, those cleaning/painting options are available.

I also have used V12 HE fuel rails, XJ6 fuel rails, fuel injector collars, fuel rail supply and return lines, fuel injector collars, and several fuel rail vacuum thermal valves (EAC5086).  E-mail me for current price.  If requesting fuel rail pricing, don't forget to include your existing part number, which on the V12 rail is stamped on the underside of the rail, and on the XJ6 is stamped on the end of the rail.

For an excellent description of removing/reinstalling injectors on a 1986 XJ6...including photos of the work, and photos of the parts (labeled with the Jag part number)...CLICK ME  .  Part numbers also apply to the V12 engine.  Lots of photos...so depending on your connection speed, may take a minute or so to load...but well worth the wait. This information graciously provided by one on my customers, Duncan Brown. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Internal and external rust on fuel injectors causes serious performance, servicing and cleaning problems.

A)  Internal injector rust.... Can/will cause injector pintles to stall, "or lag", when opening or closing, or worse case, the injector will not operate.  it will also cause the injector pintle to "fail to seal" on the injector seat, with rust bits lodged between the pintle and the seat.  Turning the injector "upside down" and banging the injector on a hard surface, to remove the rust, is not recommended!  While the rust may be "banged out" from the external side of the filter, it will most likely cause rust "beyond" the filter, (ie. within the injector bore) to break loose, and upon the next start of the engine, to get trapped between the pintle and the pintle seat.  The result...more internal rust to clog the injector pintle and pintle seat.

B)   External injector rust ....Found on injectors on engines that have sat vacant, outside, in the salvage yard, or in a driveway, unattended, for months, or years.  Also prevalent on injectors sold via "auction houses", which may claim to have been "in good order" when removed.  A problem which is occurring more frequently, as consumers look for a "cheap fix", and as vintage parts become less and less available.  Caution is advised when acquiring such!  External rust is difficult, and time consuming to remove.  The rust, if not removed, prior to injector service, may/will contaminate the injector by "breaking loose", contaminating the cleaning equipment, the injector flow test solution, and the injector cleaning solution, and the injector.

We will make every attempt to remove rust from injectors.  We cannot guarantee results on rusted injectors.  An additional cost will be incurred at a rate of $75.00/hour.  In severe cases, this may entail 2-3 added hours of labor.    Please feel free to e-mail if you have questions about rust.

If you ship your rail and injectors for cleaning, testing, and reinstallation onto your rail...it is important to remove the residual fuel from the rail.  To do so...cut the hose in half on injectors 1A and 1B, invert the rail into a vertical position, (with 1A and 1B down) and let any fuel drip out.  Rotate the rail, at various angles, so all fuel is expelled.    Wrap the rail/injector assembly in a thick plastic garbage bag, and  then seal with tape. Then put the assembly in another plastic bag and seal again with tape.  This should prevent fuel vapors from escaping your shipping box, and a possible non-shipping of your package, due to flammable, or combustible content.  When shipping, advise the carrier you are shipping "auto parts", not fuel injectors.

REMEMBER...When shipping injectors for servicing, leave one injector with the pintle cap, o-rings, spacers, etc. on the injector.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR SERVICING OR PARTS.....

PAYMENT FOR cleaning, servicing and additional parts is available via Pay Pal, money order, cashiers' check, or personal check.

1)   If you have a Pay Pal account, you can use it for quick payment and return shipping of injectors.  On any order over $100 (including shipping), and if paying via Pay Pal,  3.9 % will be added to the final bill (including shipping)... to cover Pay Pal fees.  To pay via Pay Pal,  you must have a current account with Pay Pal.  Log on to www.paypal.com, create your account, navigate to "send money",  and enter my e-mail address..."sdfwinddancer@aol.com" ... and send the appropriate amount.  You can also pay with your credit card thru Pay Pal.

2)  You can pay via an e-check thru Pay Pal.  Pay Pal will deduct an e-check payment from your registered checking account with Pay Pal.  E-checks take 4-5 days to process, as Pay Pal will not transmit funds until your e-check clears your bank account.  This may delay return shipping of your parts, for 4-5 days.

3)   You can also pay via cashiers' check or money order, enclosed within your shipment.  This will allow your injectors to be shipped back to you without delay.  Customers will be notified, via e-mail after service is complete, if additional parts or service costs have been incurred.  These costs must be paid prior to reshipping of injectors and parts.

4)  Business and personal checks will be accepted...although there may be a shipping delay (at merchant's discretion) for check to clear.  Including your check in your shipment will reduce return shipping time.

5)  Personal or business checks, cashiers' checks, money orders should be made payable to   SD Faircloth.   Do not make these items payable to Jaguar Fuel Injector Service, as they will be returned.

6)  Due to the cost of administration of credit card processing, we DO NOT currently accept direct credit card payments.  While this may be a slight inconvenience, for some customers, it reduced our overall servicing costs, and allow us to continue to provide our high level of service at the lowest cost to our customers.  Thank you for understanding.  You CAN pay with your credit card IF  you have a PayPal account, and use your card thru Pay Pal.  If you don't have a Pay Pal account (and you want to use your credit card),  sign up with Pay Pal.  It's easy and only takes about 5 minutes.

SHIPPING COST... Return shipping to customers in the continental USA will be via United States Postal Service Priority mail or USPS Standard Mail, or UPS.   I need your zip code to provide an accurate shipping cost.  I also need to know what you are shipping to me. Gives me an estimate on the weight and size of your shipping package.

ONE FINAL PIECE OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!! READ THIS CAREFULLY !! WE WARRANTY SERVICED INJECTORS FOR 90 DAYS.

WE RECOMMEND SERVICED INJECTORS BE REINSTALLED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER SERVICING HAS BEEN COMPLETED, AND THAT YOUR ENGINE BE READY TO START/RUN AFTER THE INJECTORS ARE INSTALLED. WHY IS THIS ? WHEN WE COMPLETE SERVICING OF INJECTORS, THEY ARE FILLED WITH GAS. THE INJECTORS ARE THEN PULSED OPEN/CLOSE TO ALLOW THE GAS TO CONTACT ALL INTERNAL INJECTOR PARTS, AND TO REMOVE THE FLOW TEST CHEMICAL AND THE CLEANING AGENT. WE DO THIS THREE TIMES. THE FUEL IS BLOWN OUT OF THE INJECTORS WITH LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSED AIR. THE INJECTORS ARE THEN LUBED INTERNALLY WITH A HIGHLY EFFECTIVE SYNTHETIC LUBRICANT. THIS HELPS PROTECT THE INTERNAL INJECTOR PARTS FROM DRYING OUT AND POSSIBLY SEIZING. IT IS NOT AN INFALLIBLE CURE. INJECTORS NEED TO BE CONSTANTLY LUBED BY FUEL AND THE ADDITIVES IN FUEL, TO KEEP THEM OPERATIONAL. IF (AFTER SERVICING) INJECTORS SIT TOO LONG IN A BOX, OR ON THE SHELF, OR ON A REBUILT FUEL RAIL, THEY MAY SEIZE UP... NOT BECAUSE THEY GET DIRTY FROM FUEL DEPOSITS, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT BEING LUBRICATED BY FUEL AND FUEL ADDITIVES.. IF THEY GET SEIZED, THEY WILL NEED SERVICING AGAIN AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE INJECTOR SERVICE AND ENGINE WORK ACCORDINGLY.
